You supply the RV and we do all the rest. We have the renters and the most stringent screening process in the industry. We maintain the unit, collect the rental fees and damage deposits and send the owner an itemized statement and check once a month. These are the reasons we have several owners that have multiple units in our program. Once the RV is enrolled in our program, you'll be able to enjoy the following tax benefits.
Depreciation: Most of our owners use a 5 year depreciation schedule for income tax purposes. You can take 52% during the first 2 years alone. (NOTE: Tax laws change often so consult your tax advisor or CPA for the latest updates.)
Expenses: You'll be able to deduct insurance premiums, maintenance costs and any upgrades you might want on your motorhome. These now become business expenses.If the RV was purchased in the state of Texas, you'll be reimbursed for any Sales and Use tax you paid when you bought it. 1. Coach Damage
Renters are responsible for damages (except normal wear). They must sign agreements, provide a damage deposit, and follow terms to avoid charges.
2. Insurance
Your coach is covered under our policy, which is better than individual plans. Insurance premiums are deducted from rental income and are tax-deductible.
3. Using Your Coach
Reserve your coach with zero charge for personal use. Return it clean and full.
4. Maintenance
We track mileage and service the coach every 3,000 miles, ensuring it stays in top condition.
5. Smoking
No smoking allowed. Violations incur a $350 cleaning fee.
6. Drivers
Only approved drivers can operate the coach. The renter is liable for damages.
7. Breakdowns
Renters handle minor repairs (up to $50) or contact us for approval on larger issues. We reimburse for lost rental days.
8. Renting Issues
Motorhomes rent quickly, while others take longer. If your unit doesn’t rent, insurance premiums are halved.
9. Storage
Your coach is stored at our secure, well-maintained facility.
10. Payment
You get paid by the 17th each month, with rental statements available online.

Bring your RV to our lot.
Together we'll go over the coach and fill out a Condition Report.
Together we'll evaluate your unit by booking it out in the NADA Book. We'll make recommendations on pricing based on this book, the condition of the unit and our knowledge of the market.
You determine what we ultimately will ask for your unit. We will ask you for a net figure that you want to end up with.
Our fee is simple, we have to make our money on top of what you want out of it.
We both sign our simple, one page consignment agreement. It's written in plain English and has no "fine print".
You can remove it from the program at any time and if we don't sell it, it costs you nothing. Go home and relax!

You can book an RV through our website. Simply select your pick-up location, travel dates, and preferred RV type. Once you have made your selections, you can view prices and complete your booking online.
To rent an RV, you need a valid driver's license and a credit card. Drivers must be at least 25 years old. Proof of insurance is also required, or you can choose to purchase insurance through American Dream Vacations.
The RV rental includes a fully equipped vehicle with basic amenities such as a kitchen, bathroom, and sleeping areas. We also provide an orientation on how to use the RV, 24-hour roadside assistance, and a limited number of miles per day. Additional items and services can be rented or purchased.
Yes, pets are welcome in most of our RVs, but we do charge a pet fee for extra cleaning. Please check our pet policy on the specific RV you are renting, as some restrictions may apply.
